If you’d like to honour your furry companion with a custom portrait (dog or cat), simply purchase this product and I’ll be in touch within 24 hours to get started on your design. I paint from photographs, which can be emailed or sent via Instagram.
 
You’re welcome to include your pet’s name on the bottom of the canvas, and you can request a specific colour palette if you have one in mind.

  • Refund and Return Policy – LC Studio

    At LC Studio, each custom painting is thoughtfully created to reflect your unique story or subject. Because these artworks are made to order, we have the following refund and return policy in place:

    Custom Paintings

    All custom artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable, due to the personalised nature of each piece. Once work has begun on your commission, materials and time have been committed specifically to your request.

    Cancellations

    • Before work has started: You may cancel your order within 48 hours of payment and receive a full refund.

    • After work has begun: Cancellations are not eligible for a refund, though partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the artist’s discretion.

    Colour and Style Variations

    Please note that colours and textures may appear slightly different in person than on screen. Artistic interpretation is part of the process, and variations in brushwork, style, or composition are not considered grounds for return or refund.

    Final Approval (if applicable)

    For custom portraits and detailed works, a digital proof may be provided for feedback before final delivery. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage; however, extensive changes may incur additional costs.
