LC STUDIO Refund Policy and Shipping information 

I carefully pack and post each artwork myself, using upcycled packaging wherever I can — it’s my little way of being kinder to the planet. Orders are usually sent out within 48 hours, via NZ Post, and I’ll send you the tracking number as soon as it’s on its way. 

Each order includes a complimentary notecard from one of my collections — a small thank you from me to you.

Because all paintings are original and ready to ship, I’m not able to offer refunds or returns — so please take a moment to choose carefully. If you’d like extra photos or have any questions before buying, just flick me a message. I'm always happy to help!
